About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer to join a leading company in the machinery and industrial manufacturing sector
.

You will play a key role in developing embedded software for intelligent machines, control systems, and automation components
, working closely with hardware, electronics, and systems engineering teams.

• Develop and maintain embedded software in C / C++ for industrial machinery and automation equipment
• Work on microcontroller- and ARM-based systems (e.g. STM
  32, NXP, TI)
• Implement and optimise drivers, communication protocols
  , and real-time functionalities
• Participate in hardware bring-up
  , debugging, and system testing
• Contribute to architecture design
  , code reviews, and performance improvements
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and control engineers to integrate features into machine platforms
• Support continuous integration, automated testing, and documentation workflows

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development
• Strong knowledge of C / C++, microcontroller programming, and real-time software principles
• Experience with:
• ARM Cortex-M (STM
  32 or similar)
• RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar)
• Debugging tools (JTAG/SWD, logic analysers, oscilloscopes)
• Industrial automation / machinery environments
• Linux embedded systems
• Sensor integration, motor control, fieldbus technologies
• Structured, hands-on working style with strong problem-solving ability
• Good English skills;
  German is a plus for customer and production communication
