The Site Supervisor oversees and coordinates all on site electrical works so that installation is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in line with project specifications, industry standards and regulations.

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation on site; run daily briefings and allocate tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other trades; monitor subcontractors, electricians and technicians.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and standards (IEC, DIN, VDE or project-specific codes); inspect, test and close out defects.
• Enforce health and safety: toolbox talks, PPE, hazard identification, support for HSE audits.
• Track daily progress against the schedule and production plan; report delays and risks, and lead recovery plans.
• Provide technical guidance: cable routing, switch gear, panels and distribution boards, lighting, earthing and bonding, control and instrumentation.
• Manage materials and keep daily reports, inspection records, test results and as-built documentation; support handover and commissioning.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and inspectors on site.

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in electrical installation works.
• Proven experience on construction or infrastructure projects (commercial, industrial, infrastructure or MEP).
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems; ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local and international electrical standards; LV/MV experience is an advantage.
• Leadership, clear communication, attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

• Primarily site-based in a construction environment.
• May require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
• Requires physical presence, mobility and site inspections.

• Electrical certification (licensed electrician or equivalent).
• Health & Safety certification (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA).
• First Aid training.
