We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally strong VP of Exchange and Liquidity Operations to lead our crypto exchange infrastructure, trading operations, and liquidity strategy. This role is central to maintaining deep liquidity, smooth trading experiences, and trusted operations across Caiz’s crypto products, including centralized exchange (CEX), decentralized liquidity tools, and token market-making.

You will lead the team responsible for managing exchange integrations, monitoring liquidity, optimizing spreads, ensuring capital efficiency, and building partnerships with liquidity providers and market makers.

Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee end-to-end operations of Caiz’s exchange and liquidity platforms.
• Develop and execute liquidity strategies to support deep order books, minimize slippage, and ensure seamless trading experiences.
• Manage integration with centralized and decentralized exchanges, liquidity aggregators, and institutional trading partners.
• Monitor and optimize spreads, trading volume, token performance, and capital allocation across platforms.
• Lead internal market-making operations, including automation and risk controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational transparency in liquidity and exchange processes.
• Build relationships with external liquidity providers, custodians, OTC desks, and market infrastructure providers.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, engineering, and finance teams to enhance trading, treasury, and settlement workflows.
