Your key responsibilities include:

• Gaining hands-on experience in various exciting hotel departments – from Front Office and Housekeeping to F&B and Events
• Getting to know both brands – Sheraton & Marriott – and experiencing the world of Marriott International from two perspectives
• Participating in internal trainings and being supported by experienced colleagues
• Opportunity to take part in the apprentice exchange program in the second year
• Participation in the national Marriott Apprentice Conference in the third year
• Actively shaping the guest experience and gaining insight into the operations of an international hotel

Be able.

• You’re ready to turn your dream into reality and start your career in international hospitality
• You’re eager to grow, learn something new every day, and be part of a supportive and ambitious team
• You have a solid school education and ideally some first experience in hospitality or gastronomy
• You’re communicative and feel comfortable in both German and English
