We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Director of UI/UX to lead the design and user experience strategy across all Caiz products and platforms. As a design leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a high‑performing UI/UX team, defining design standards, and creating intuitive and beautiful digital experiences that make complex blockchain products accessible to a global audience.

• Lead the end‑to‑end design strategy for all digital products including wallets, dashboards, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
• Establish and maintain a consistent and scalable design system across products.
• Manage and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with Caiz’s vision.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across all platforms and devices.
• Advocate for user‑centric design in cross‑functional discussions and product roadmaps.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UI/UX trends, blockchain interface standards, and emerging technologies.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a leadership or director‑level role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design across mobile and web platforms.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive UI.
