ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking YOU – a Culture & Communications Manager – to design and drive digital internal communication that strengthens culture, alignment, transparency, and trust across Oscar Bravo, making leadership, strategy, and change tangible for all employees in our hybrid environment.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain clear, accessible internal communication across digital channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging across locations while allowing local relevance.
- Translate complex topics, strategy, and change initiatives into employee-friendly messages.
- Enhance visibility of leadership and their messages through suitable formats.
- Act as sparring partner for leadership and HR on communication and culture topics.
- Shape employer branding and strengthen identification with values, vision, and purpose, especially in times of change.
- Enable change communication during growth and transformation phases.
What you’ll need:
- Very strong understanding & confident use of digital communication channels (e.g. M365 suite) in hybrid collaboration environments.
- Strong organizational mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to communication and culture topics.
- Excellent coordination skills and confidence working closely with leadership, HR, and diverse employee groups.
- Proven experience supporting growth, organizational change, or policy implementation initiatives.
- Degree or comparable professional experience in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, company culture, or change-related roles.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
