We are looking for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our projects in Germany. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based out of Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices. This position will play a major role in the delivery of key projects for us in Europe on large scale industrial and data centre projects.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our mission‑critical projects (pharma/data centres) in Europe. The successful applicant will work closely with the project leadership team and wider Commercial department to ensure successful delivery of the projects for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Tasks

• Provide commercial and contractual administration support to the Commercial Manager
• Undertake internal valuations and production of cost reports
• Support management of applicable subcontract packages and oversee payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Prepare remeasures and variations for submission and follow‑on agreement with our clients
• Report on project budgets and variations
• Distribute and track invoices to various project owners / leads for approval
• Respond to and resolve enquiries from Suppliers, Procurement, and Finance departments (including monthly accruals) in a professional and timely manner

Key Qualifications Required

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Trade Qualification or similar
• 5+ years postgraduate experience in the construction sector
• Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
• Good communication skills and high computer literacy
• Full licence and own reliable transport
• Must have authorisation to work in Germany
