• Deliver international transformation, turnaround and performance improvement projects from assessment to execution, ensuring effective implementation.
• Partner with client leadership to define priorities and drive company‑wide efficiency enhancements.
• Translate strategy into actionable, results‑oriented solutions.
• Drive top‑ and bottom‑line impact, addressing critical business challenges and delivering sustainable results.
• Contribute to thought leadership and raise CRG’s profile internally and with clients.

• Excellent university degree and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a top‑tier consulting firm and leadership role in corporate settings.
• Proven track record in leading transformation and performance improvement initiatives within FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related fields.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, charismatic personality, collaborative and confident working style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver the latest thinking in a competitive advisory market.
• Trusted advisor with a hands‑on mindset, capable of building credibility quickly across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Native or business‑fluent in German and English; additional languages highly desirable.
