We are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-focused Real Estate Manager to strengthen and lead a team of professionals in delivering property solutions to support the unprecedented growth of the Church in the Europe Central Area.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor REPMs and specialists; assign projects based on complexity and workload; foster professional growth through coaching and training.
• Project Management: Oversee acquisitions, leases, and dispositions from site analysis to closing; ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Strategic Planning: Set cost targets by market and transaction type; maintain defensibility of decisions; coordinate with departments to align real estate planning with annual goals.
• Governance & Compliance: Monitor expenses and taxes; ensure adherence to local laws and internal policies; mitigate risks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners; provide regular performance reports and portfolio insights.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct site inspections, review reports, and implement best practices to optimize fund utilization and project quality.

• 10+ years of related experience or relevant degree/certification.
• Expertise in real estate transactions, negotiations, and legal compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation delivery.

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration; industry certifications.
