Project Management Transformation Lead; FTC

As a Project Management Transformation Lead (all genders) Germany FTC up to two years, you'll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler.

As a Project Management Transformation Lead - Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving and orchestrating Opella's transformation agenda across its German operations. Reporting to the General Manager Germany, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that Opella's strategic transformation project of transitioning to "Opella" as our legal entity name in Germany is key and needs to be successfully planned, developed, executed and completed, within established timelines and allocated budgets.

This would deliver several strategic benefits:

Eliminate confusion among pharmacies and other customers regarding different entity names,

(ii)
EVP:
Strengthen our position with both candidates and current employees through consistent branding,

(iii)
Create a platform/vehicle for negotiating a more competitive sales incentive scheme for our German sales force.

The main responsibility of this role is to lead cross-functional teams/work streams through the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure phases of assigned projects. Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide.

• Lead the multidisciplinary workstream teams to ensure the fulfillment of the objectives of Opella's transformation project in Germany.
• Establish objectives, schedules and responsibilities for the execution of the project.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all project work streams and with the (LT) and Global/Regional team where needed.
• Represent project teams and results to key local and central stakeholders.
• Conduct regular follow-up and decision-making meetings and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple work streams and cross-countries.
• Manage project budgets and ensure effective allocation and control of resources.
• Gather local inputs for central processes related to the projects.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, working groups, and executive reviews, including preparation of high-quality materials.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in PMO, program/project management, or transformation roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity. Familiarity in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies. High degree of resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced transformation environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs. Proven ability to lead without direct authority, influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Languages: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
