As Event Manager for DENZA Germany
, you will be fully responsible for the conception, planning, and execution of all DENZA‑related events in the German market. Your mission is to create high‑end, premium brand experiences that resonate with a sophisticated audience and reflect DENZA’s positioning. You will ensure every event meets the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and execution while staying on time and within budget.

• End‑to‑end responsibility for all DENZA events in Germany (e.g. brand launches, press events, dealer events, customer experiences, exhibitions, roadshows).
• Develop premium event concepts that reflect DENZA’s brand values and target audience.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events with flawless attention to detail.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Select, brief, and manage external partners such as event agencies, production companies, and venues.
• Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, PR, product, HQ).
• Anticipate risks and solve issues proactively with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Evaluate events using KPIs and feedback to continuously improve quality and impact.

• Several years of experience in event management or automotive marketing, ideally within the premium segment

• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, premium events.
• Strong project management skills with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.

• Fluent German and good English (spoken and written).
• Experience working with agencies and external service providers.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by events.
• High level of organization, creativity, and quality awareness.
