We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team  Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store during their shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, Dunkin' Brands standards, and Company values

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
