Technical Lead, Software Entwicklung, DevOps Ingenieur

• Own the architecture and technical design in a regulated environment
• Design for security and scale, including identity and access and reliable performance under load
• Set and maintain quality assurance, release and change management, and IT security standards
• Own the testing strategy and CI gates
• Build agentic AI workflows with evaluation and guardrail mechanisms
• Engage senior client-side architects in workshops and due diligence
• Mentor engineers through code review and technical guidance
• Coordinate work allocation, delivery rhythm, and day-to-day execution
• Lead software delivery through technical excellence
• Develop a privacy-first financial-crime intelligence data-sharing platform using multi-party computation
• Develop an AI-driven fraud-management pipeline for analysis, detection-rule discovery, case preparation, and automation

• 6+ years building production software
• Hands-on AI development using coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
• Experience building agentic systems
• Strong distributed-systems and API design skills
• Security-minded approach to OAuth/OIDC and data protection
• Experience shaping automated testing strategy and CI discipline
• Systems and critical-thinking mindset, including reasoning about software, process, and policy risk
• Experience in highly regulated, process-driven industries is a strong plus; banking/Fin Tech is especially relevant
• Familiarity with GDPR, BaFin/MaRisk, PSD2, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is helpful
• Strong customer-facing communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Cloud experience with GCP preferred, or AWS/Azure
• Experience with infrastructure as code, containers, and CI/CD
• Fluent English
• German is desirable
• Python/FastAPI, React/Type Script, GCP stack, data-intensive pipelines, privacy-enhancing technology/MPC, and AML/KYC/fraud experience are desirable
• Familiarity with Python/FastAPI, React, Vue.js, Type Script, Vite, Keycloak/JWT, GCP, Terraform, Docker, Git Hub Actions, Ruff, mypy, pytest, ESLint, Vitest, Claude Code, and Codex

Demonstrates expertise in architecting and designing secure, scalable systems in regulated environments, with a strong focus on AI development, automated testing strategies, and compliance with industry standards. Proven ability to mentor teams and engage with stakeholders effectively while delivering high-quality software solutions.
