By combining AI, computer vision and intelligent software systems, they’re helping deliver earlier intervention, more personalised care and better long-term outcomes.

They’re now looking for a Lead Agentic Systems Engineer to help bring the next generation of AI-powered capabilities into production.

This isn’t a role focused on training foundation models. Instead, you’ll be solving one of the most exciting challenges in modern AI - turning emerging agentic AI capabilities into robust, production-ready product features that clinicians and therapists can trust.

• Use AI to tackle meaningful challenges in children’s healthcare
• Work on cutting-edge agentic AI and intelligent systems
• Help shape the future of AI within a fast-growing Health Tech business
• High ownership and technical influence across the organisation
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, AI specialists, product leaders and healthcare experts

• Designing and building production-grade agentic AI systems and intelligent workflows
• Turning the latest advances in AI into practical product features that solve real user problems
• Building AI systems that combine LLMs, tools, data and business logic to support clinical decision making
• Defining guardrails, evaluation frameworks, monitoring approaches and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Improving the reliability, scalability and cost-efficiency of AI-powered products
• Working closely with engineers, AI specialists, product teams and healthcare experts to bring new capabilities into production

• A strong software engineering background with experience building production systems
• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude or Gemini
• Experience designing AI-powered products, agentic workflows or intelligent automation systems
• A strong product mindset with experience turning AI capabilities into production features that solve real user or business problems
• Experience building AI systems that are reliable, scalable, observable and safe enough for real-world deployment
