About the Role:

Noris Medical, a global leader in dental implant solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service, Sales & Operations Representative to support the Spanish market. Based in our Frankfurt office, you will manage customer communications, assist sales processes, and handle daily operational and logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking customers
• Process orders, invoices, and coordinate shipments
• Support sales managers and help drive marketing & sales activities
• Manage leads, maintain relationships with existing customers
• Keep CRM systems and internal reports up to date

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations – required
• Fluent/native Spanish – required
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive
• Must be located in Frankfurt or nearby

Advantages:

• Experience in the dental or medical device field
• Familiarity with the Spanish dental market
