Key Responsibilities- Strategic Vision & Commercial Excellence: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Align product development and go‑to‑market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to optimize product positioning, pricing and adoption.
- Innovation Management: Identify and explore new ideas, technologies and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Integrate innovative concepts into the product roadmap and align with the company’s long‑term vision.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch until end of life. Define and track KPIs for product success, gather user feedback and iterate based on insights.
- Global Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of global customers, internal and external, and manage interfaces to regional markets.
- Business Case Development: Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready‑to‑implement solutions.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, leveraging market research to inform product decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes and external factors to minimize potential impact.
- Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 3-5 years in product management.
- Agile Mindset: Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Comfortable navigating large, multinational organizations. - Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems and make data‑driven decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences. - Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Healthcare Interest: Profound interest in medical device technology and industry trends.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology stacks, software development processes and product design.
- Results‑Oriented: Track record of delivering successful products on time and within scope.
- Travel & Language: 10-20% travel availability, fluency in German and English, EU driver’s licence.
