Business Operations Executive – Europe Region; m​/f​/x

To strengthen our business support in the Europe region, we are seeking a Business Operations Executive – Europe Region (m/f/x) who will play a vital role in supporting the sales teams and optimizing internal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to sales teams across the Europe Region, including but not limited to managing system entries for new inquiries, updating sales status, tracking ongoing cases, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Assist in the enhancement and implementation of sales tools, internal systems, and process improvements that drive efficiency and support strategic initiatives for business growth.
• Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to generate actionable insights that inform sales strategy and marketing planning.
• Track key sales and marketing metrics, generate regular reports and dashboards, and support management with data-driven insights to guide operational decisions and regional planning.
• Support strategic decision-making by preparing operation reports that track and forecast sales performance and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evaluation of promotional campaigns and vendor performance, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and strategic targets.

Requirements:

• Academical background, majored in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
• Preferred minimum 3-year experience in operation, sales or marketing related role
• Experience in telecommunication market as nice-to-have
• A self-motivated team player with interpersonal skills, quick adaption to a face-pace environment
• Fluent language skills in English, German and Mandarin
