Founder’s Associate

We’re an early-stage startup rewiring how automotive logistics moves across Europe. Our
managed marketplace connects car dealers, auction houses, and fleets with professional transport carriers — built from day one to capture real workflows and data, anddeliberately engineered to evolve into fully agentic systems.

backed by Rapid Pioneers, TA Ventures, True Growth, TLX Capital and some well-known businessangels.

As Founder’s Associate
, you’ll work directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities. You’ll gain deep exposure across
company building, fundraising, execution, and problem-solving in a role designed to accelerate your trajectory.

• Tackle high-priority projects across operations, product, and go-to-market
• Own tasks end-to-end, from research and planning to execution
• Build and implement scalable internal tools and workflows
• Work closely with the founder, supporting decision-making, anticipating needs, and helping turnideas into action

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as top-tier consulting, a startup,scale-up, VC or finance; high-impact internships will also be considered
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German

• Experience with no-code tools such as Airtable, Notion or
• Data analysis skills across Excel, SQL, Looker Studio or similar tools
• Additional language skills, especially Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Polish or Russian

• Problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
• Hands-on and execution-focused
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable and resourceful
• High ownership and willingness to go the extra mile

• Close collaboration with an experienced founder
• High learning curve, fast execution cycles and early responsibility
• Full exposure to company building from 0 to 1

• Initial Conversation 20 min

  A first chat with the founders to get to know each other, introduce the role and team setup, andensure mutual alignment on expectations and goals.

• Deep-Dive Interview 30 min

  We’ll explore your experience in more detail, focusing on how your background, mindset, and ambitions align with what we’re building.

• Case Interview 30 min

  You’ll work through a practical case to show how you approach problems, structure thinking, and communicate results.
