• Qualification to teach at secondary schools or a comparable teaching qualification recognized by the Hessian school authority
• Expertise and experience in curriculum development and quality assurance in the field of school development
• Experience in managing a secondary school or as a deputy head teacher
• In-depth knowledge of personnel management and school administration
• Understanding of the legal and organizational framework for alternative schools
• Team-oriented and motivating leadership style
• Openness to innovation and enjoyment of international cooperation
• Very good German (at least C1) and fluent English skills and enthusiasm for bilingual learning

Our bilingual Phorms School Frankfurt has two locations in the Frankfurt metropolitan area where we educate students from nursery throughto secondary school. At our family-friendly Phorms Taunus Campus in Steinbach, which is surrounded by nature, we provide access to German-English language acquisition for around 700 children and young people, beginning in nursery, using the immersion method. Our Phorms Frankfurt Taunus Campus distinguishes itself with its diverse and international community.

Our pedagogical team within the nursery, primary schoolwith reception and secondary school supports our students in growing up to be independent, open-minded and globally minded young people.
