Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Organizational Behavior

We are looking for multiple colleagues to further strengthen Frankfurt School research on organizational behavior. The ideal candidate advances scientific insight into any area of Organizational Behavior, broadly defined (including but not restricted to micro- and meso-level OB, Leadership, HR, and People Management). In terms of teaching, the ideal candidate would be able to use a strong research basis in OB to derive implications/messages for leadership.

Junior applicants need to complete their Ph.D. degree in management or a related field, by August 2026. The application package should consist of a CV, the job market paper, up to two additional works (published or unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement (and evaluations), and three letters of reference (senior applicants may prefer to provide referee contact details).
