We’re partnering with a global industrial organization to hire an Infrastructure Services Manager who will play a key leadership role in delivering reliable, secure, and modern IT/OT infrastructure services for the Industrial Process value centre.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for day‑to‑day operations as well as driving transformation initiatives across networks, servers, cloud, security, workplace technology, and operational systems. You’ll collaborate closely with global and corporate teams in a matrixed environment to ensure high service availability, performance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small, diverse infrastructure team
• Own delivery of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud, security, telecoms, end‑user services, AV)
• Drive automation, service optimization, and cost‑effective delivery models
• Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives (on‑prem & cloud)
• Manage local IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments
• Partner with business stakeholders and global IT teams to align technology with business goals
• Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Use data and KPIs to continuously improve service quality and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure or IT service management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and security
• Experience in large, multinational or matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
• Strong customer‑focused and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• ITIL, Six Sigma, PMI certifications
• SOX experience
• SAP exposure
• Advanced monitoring/alerting expertise

Travel: Project‑based, typically 10–15%
