SAP HCM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Help design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements:

• Expert-level expertise in SAP HCM with a strong focus on Personnel Time Management (PT), complemented by solid experience in SAP Fiori and ABAP.
• Deep knowledge of SAP standard HCM modules including PA, OM, and PT, along with in‑depth expertise in SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP HCM authorizations.
• Proven proficiency in SAP technologies such as system customizing, time management schema configuration, ABAP and ABAP Web Dynpro development, Adobe Forms, and Process Forms.
• Extensive project experience in optimizing customer solutions within SAP HCM PT and integrated SAP systems, particularly in banking environments.
• Recognized as a time management specialist and process expert, with broad exposure to diverse time management systems across organizations.
• Expert-level programming skills within the SAP HCM landscape, including ABAP, workflows, and related SAP technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience in configuring and integrating SAP Fiori services within the Fiori Launchpad, along with desirable experience in developing Fiori apps, Adobe Forms, Process Forms, and SAP Queries.
• Excellent communication skills, including user enablement on Fiori standard services and application usage such as time recording (arrival/departure) and payroll processes.
• Fluent German is mandatory, as the entire project is conducted in German.
• Demonstrates strong consulting capabilities with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
