Location: Frankfurt Metropolitan Area, Germany (Hybrid, 3+ days onsite)

Walker Cole International is exclusively partnering with a global healthcare leader which is seeking a strategic marketing professional to drive expansion into new and emerging product categories within its Consumer Healthcare portfolio. This newly created position sits on the global leadership team and offers significant exposure to senior management.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities in new categories.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the product portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams globally to ensure commercial success.

• 10+ years’ experience in marketing and/or sales within leading FMCG or Consumer Healthcare companies.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills.
• Proven track record in launching new products or brands into new markets or categories.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in complex, international environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
