For our subsidiary Rokku Designstudio GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Eyewear Designer (f/m/d) to enrich the current team with the following responsibilities and profile:

• Annual budget for Fielmann products of over €1,080 for you and your family

• You will be responsible for designing and developing new eyewear collections – from the initial concept to the final prototype
• You translate brand identity, market trends, and consumer insights into creative and innovative eyewear designs
• This includes creating mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and precise technical drawings
• In close collaboration with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams, you ensure that your design concepts align with brand strategy and market needs
• You work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee feasibility, quality standards, and cost efficiency
• As an experienced designer, you mentor junior designers and foster creativity and innovation within the team
• You continuously monitor trends in fashion, materials, and technology to keep collections competitive and forward-thinking
• Sustainability and compliance are integral to your work – you ensure all designs meet the relevant standards

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial design, fashion design, or a related field
• You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in eyewear design, ideally within an international brand or design studio
• You have in-depth knowledge of materials, color trends, and manufacturing processes for eyewear
• You are proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D CAD tools like Rhino or Solid Works
• Your drawing and visualization skills are excellent and help you present ideas convincingly
• Strong communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively share your concepts with various stakeholders
• You know how to balance creativity with commercial feasibility
• You speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus
