Senior Brand Designer; m​/f​/d

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Senior Brand Designer (m/f/d) who thinks and creates brand design holistically across all touchpoints.
You think brands holistically - from strategic positioning and visual identity to eye-catching FMCG brand design and integrated campaigns.

• Development of strong design concepts with strategic and creative impact
• Holistic brand understanding with a feel for global and generational trends
• Design of convincing brand appearances in the areas of corporate identity, packaging, POS, motion, digital and social media
• Independent project responsibility and technical support in the team
• Planning and management of design projects including customer presentations
• Organization and support of co-creation workshops and photo shoots
• Creating and delivering effective presentations internally and externally

• At least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on branding, packaging and campaign design
• Excellent design skills - especially in brand development, packaging design and campaign design
• Confident in presentations and customer communication
• Confident handling of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), ideally with motion experience
• Design experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and prompting skills for Mid Journey, ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
