Terheggen & Dethlefsen Food Engineering is a dynamic, flexible, medium-sized company in the food industry. At our location in Hamburg, we develop recipes and produce dry spice blends including functional ingredients for the food industry. Our developments mainly include delicatessen and instant products, but also desserts and other innovative products. Our customers, who appreciate the quality of our work, are the focus of our activities.

We are looking for a colleague to join our production team.

• Production of dry food mixes with and without herbs for the food industry together with your team
• Independent operation of the production facilities
• Weighing the raw materials, labeling, sampling, filling and packaging the mixtures and palletizing the goods
• Transport of finished goods pallets to the warehouse with pallet truck and electric ant
• Cleaning systems, work equipment and the surrounding area in accordance with the relevant specifications
• Checking and compliance with quality and hygiene standards

• Personal commitment, independent thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of reliability and accuracy, you support and stand by your team
• A certain level of physical fitness, as our production is not fully automated and containers weighing up to 25 kg have to be moved.
• Professional experience in the food trade or food production is desirable but not a prerequisite
• Good written and spoken German

• Secure job in a medium-sized family business with a varied job description and intensive induction training
• Performance-related pay; open-ended employment contract
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday 40 hours, no shift work
• 30 days vacation
• Work clothes are provided
• Good HVV connections and free parking spaces
