• In our projects, you take responsibility for our project teams and advise executives of renowned clients on issues related to digital transformation.

• You acquire new clients, create individual proposal packages, and conduct negotiation discussions.

• You translate the latest technology trends into novel business ideas, derive sustainable business models and strategies, and further develop our consulting focus.

• You develop new marketing concepts and monetization options, optimize internal processes, and are responsible for building, leading, and developing the consulting team.

• An above-average completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation.

• Relevant professional experience of at least 8 years in the strategy/digital/e-commerce area of a company or in an established management consulting firm.

• Solid experience and enthusiasm for several of the following topics:
  Digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management, (agile) organizational development, coaching, multi-channel, customer experience, online marketing, CRM, M/E-commerce, IT systems, IoT, Connected Life.

• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, result orientation, as well as disciplinary leadership experience, communication, and assertiveness in German and English (C1 level).
