Solution Support Engineer

Overview

As a Technical Consultant (TC) for our Onsite Operations, you will advise a customer on proactive services, contribute your expertise to the implementation of new solutions, and support the design of the storage architecture. Your foundational knowledge - gained over the past few years through configuring HPE products such as 3

PAR, Primera, and SAN or in a comparable environment - will support you in this role. Additionally, a well-structured onboarding phase will help you expand your knowledge, acquire new skills, and provide the best possible support for your tasks. At the customer s request, the position will primarily be carried out onsite in Hamburg
. Fluent English is mandatory as all meetings/calls/emails/documentations are done in English - German and French are optional.
