As a Business Operations Manager, you'll be part of our holding company and take on the leadership and implementation of strategic change projects within the MYTY Group. You'll develop sustainable plans, manage transformations, and ensure their lasting implementation. With your experience in managing digital change processes, you'll maintain oversight—even in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

• ERP Systems & CRM:
  You'll be the central point of contact for our agency software (MOCO) and CRM system (Hub Spot).
• You'll coordinate and optimize group-wide processes, ensure data quality and hygiene, and analyze relevant KPIs.
• Process Optimization:
  You'll identify improvement opportunities, support the implementation of new features, and foster best-practice exchange within the group.
• First-Level Support:
  You'll assist users with all questions regarding MOCO and Hub Spot and serve as the interface to internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Create, evaluate, and present relevant reports for managing and further optimizing operational processes. Change Management:
  Moderate and guide discussions around system usage, process adjustments, and strategic development of the holding company.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management or client consulting, ideally in an agency, consulting firm, or agency environment.
• Excellent knowledge of digital tools and processes, ideally with initial experience in MOCO and Hub Spot.
• Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for process optimization.
• High concentration ability and persistence for conscientious handling of recurring workflows.
• Strong communication skills, structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
• Experience dealing with demanding stakeholder environments and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration.
