Hamburg, Germany – Hybrid; 10 WFO days per month. Some traveling may be required across Germany and/or to Austria/UK. Traveling costs will be reimbursed.

The SAP Service Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Project System, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.

• Lead the Rollout of S4 Service Management (SM)
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
• Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs
• Lead unit test and UAT testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery
• Work closely with capability Leads of SAP to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices
• Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team
• Co‑ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
• Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post‑Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction
• Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go‑live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Facilitate daily stand‑up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences
