For our long-standing partner AIRBUS
, we are looking for an Aircraft Manager – Final Operational Testing (FOT) (m/f/d) to join Tintschl Technik GmbH
.

• Overall responsibility for the assigned MSN within the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
• Planning, coordination and follow-up of Outstanding Work
• Acting as interface to management and relevant stakeholders
• Escalation management in case of deviations or risks
• Preparation and execution of Final Operational Test (FOT) meetings and handover to the Flight line
• Leadership and coordination of multifunctional teams (MFT)
• Ensuring structured, timely and result-oriented execution of activities in a shift-based environment
• Completed vocational training as:
• or
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience in:
• Manufacturing / Production
• Aircraft manufacturing
• Good knowledge of Project Management
• Strong ability to quickly understand and analyse technical systems and functional relationships
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• SAP: advanced user knowledge
• Google Workspace: an advantage
