The Mission We are headhunting a highly skilled nurse to join a private medical detail aboard a luxury vessel. Your primary responsibility is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP, managing their daily health requirements while navigating the Mediterranean’s most exclusive harbors . From the vibrant coasts of Marbella and the Algarve to the secluded bays of Sardinia , you will ensure hospital-level care follows the client wherever the anchor drops.

The Team This is a fully supported clinical environment. You will report to a Lead British Doctor and work alongside a dedicated team of Physiotherapists and Western-trained nursing colleagues. This interdisciplinary approach ensures you have constant professional backup and clinical governance.

The Safety We prioritize the longevity of our medical staff. You will operate under a structured double-nurse shift system , ensuring manageable hours and adequate rest. This structure allows you to maintain the high alertness required for elite care without the risk of fatigue common in solo private roles.

Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is mandatory.

Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in High-Acuity settings (ICU, ER, or A&E).

Language: Native or C1 English standards are required for clear clinical communication.

Attributes: Discreet, adaptable, and capable of maintaining professional boundaries in a high-net-worth environment.

Leave: 30 days annual leave.
