• Manage material flow to Airbus and resolve AOG situations
• Ensure accuracy of supplier requirements and develop creative solutions for urgent needs
• Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, and analyze delivery delays
• Develop and monitor recovery plans to maintain operational continuity
• Participate in defining and negotiating logistics processes
• Monitor supply chain performance and maintain regular supplier contact
• Provide regular updates to internal customers regarding order status
• Participate in on‑call service as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, material planning, or supply chain/logistics
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
• Independent, structured, and results‑oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Confident and professional demeanor with fast learning ability
• Fluent English language skills
