The Group Head of Supply Chain leads and oversees all aspects of end-to-end global supply chain and procurement, ensuring these functions operate as a unified, integrated enterprise. This role is accountable for developing and executing an innovative global procurement strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless execution across all markets. The position is responsible for service excellence, cost efficiency, cash flow optimization, supply chain resilience, and advancing sustainability initiatives throughout the organization.

• Serve as the strategic leader for planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and delivery processes, transforming supply chain and procurement into critical drivers of business performance and competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that support both service and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee global procurement activities, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations to ensure best value and risk mitigation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain sustainability, resilience, and adaptability in response to changing market conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field + at least 10 years of experience in a similar role;
  Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proven Leadership Experience (10 years+) in Global Supply Chain and Procurement roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across international operations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to drive the performance of the team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Change Management Experience desired.
