REQUIREMENT BASIS EXECUTION-DERIVED: ERP management, administration, permitting, procurement, logistics or work-front control role used to deliver the contract.

Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach
- Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany. The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Administers RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, subcontract records, deliverables, invoices, changes, and closeout under delegated authority.

• Develop and execute compliant sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, award, expediting, shipping, receiving, change, warranty, and closeout controls.
• Validate scope, origin, certification, capacity, lead time, price validity, service, warranty, training, and documentation for critical suppliers.
• Coordinate technical reviews, flowdowns, insurance/bonding, cybersecurity, quality, safety, customs, dangerous-goods, and site delivery requirements.
• Maintain auditable commercial files and immediately elevate cost, schedule, supplier, logistics, or compliance risk.
• Protect long-lead milestones for BESS, generators, switch gear, transformers, controls, communications, and specialty equipment.

• Relevant procurement, contracts, logistics, supply-chain, engineering, or commercial experience at the mapped level.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, schedule, supplier, and cross-border logistics capability.
• Working knowledge of federal flowdowns and Germany/EU supplier/logistics requirements appropriate to the role.

CPSM/CPCM/CFCM; ERP/procurement systems;
Germany/EU sourcing, customs, ADR/IATA/IMDG, or FAT experience.

• Selection remains subject to contract qualifications, installation access, employer-of-record and data/system permissions.
• Remote outside Germany or approved Germany-local/accredited/short-term work status for required site visits.
• Employer/engagement source must match the approved ERP staffing plan, subcontract chain, independence rules and German employment/work-status requirements.
• No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.
