* Responsible for the
** transport management of oversize components**, including planning, execution and monitoring of all transport activities
* ** Ensuring the performance
** of external transport service providers and implementing improvement measures
* ** Monitoring relevant KPIs
** with regard to performance, cost, quality and environmental impact
* ** Ensuring compliance
** with Airbus internal processes and guidelines within the transport environment
* Driving issue resolution through clearly defined
** escalation and communication processes
*** Responsible for
** technical negotiations with service providers
** regarding prices, capacities and forecasts
* Acting as the
** interface to authorities
** concerning airworthiness, hazardous goods and export control
* ** Managing contracts
** and coordinating subcontractor activities## Qualifications
* Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding agent or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation or business administration
* Several years of professional experience in transport management, supplier management, supply chain and logistics
* Ideally, experience in dealing with external service providers and regulatory authorities
* Good knowledge of Google Workspace
* Very good German and English skills (min. C1);
French is an advantage
