German Freelance Quality & Team Manager
Remote across Europe | Freelance
Are you looking for a flexible business model
, a strong focus on quality and a long-term freelance collaboration within a dynamic and people-oriented environment?
For an international project, we are currently looking for a Freelance Quality & Team Manager to join a high-performing remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the service quality and professional development of up to 25 freelance customer advisors
, providing guidance, coaching and operational leadership.
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and call monitoring to identify strengths and development areas
- Ensure consistently high service quality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional expertise
- Analyse individual training needs and coordinate training activities (communication skills, product knowledge, processes)
- Deliver online workshops and project onboarding sessions using a variety of training methodologies
- Motivate and guide a fully remote team
, promoting high quality standards - Act as the first operational point of contact for the team
- Identify process improvement opportunities and report performance and results to the Operations Manager
- Freelance collaboration
, fully remote across Europe (you can work between 10-90 hours per week, you decide how many). - Responsibility and autonomy from day one
- A varied and challenging role with real impact on project success

- International, collaborative and performance-driven environment
- Involvement in projects related to Future of Work, sustainability and modern work models
- Completed professional training and experience as a Team Leader, Coach or Quality Manager in customer service
- Proven experience in leading and motivating remote teams
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with a constructive and development-focused approach
- High quality standards, structured working style and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working in cross-functional and intercultural environments
- Professional, self-assured attitude with a collaborative mindset
