This position involves responsible contract analysis, claim management, and supporting project teams in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include contract evaluation, project lifecycle management, developing claim strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and evaluating contracts for high-voltage line projects
• Managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with project teams
• Developing claim strategies with management
• Implementing measures to enforce or defend claims and handling project changes and disruptions
• Supporting in schedule, cost, and performance control
• Assessing risks and opportunities based on contract analysis and project progress
• Contributing to process development and improvement in claim management
• Acting as a liaison between departments, project teams, and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and data protection standards

Qualifications:

• Technical, legal, or business degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in contract and claim management in large construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or renewable energy
• Deep knowledge of relevant standards (VOB, HOAI, etc.)
• Strong contractual, commercial, and technical expertise
• Structured and analytical working style
• Proactive and communicative personality with problem-solving skills
• Fluent German language skills
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel
