With Ge . Heinemann you are in the fast lane of your career. As Managing Director in Development (m/f/d), you will be developed into a Managing Director within 6-18 months with the aim of managing your own global organization within the GH Group in the short term.

Your new job includes

What you should bring along

• Several years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, FMCG or Hospitality as well as several years of management experience
• International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program
• Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands‑on mentality
• A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management
• A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting
