• Managing short-term rentals and customer service;
• Managing and supervising the proper functioning of the car rental branch;
• Managing the sale of products and services in accordance with the company's sales offer in order to achieve sales targets;
• Managing the customer service process;
• Monitoring compliance with customer service procedures and ensuring service quality in accordance with company standards;
• Ensuring documentation and maintaining accepted standards and procedures;
• Recruiting and training new employees.

• Sales experience – preferably in the car rental industry;
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers;
• Valid driving licence;
• Self-organisation and ability to manage the working time of other employees;
• Independence and ability to organise work effectively;
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of English
