Senior Brand Manager

Are you a brand manager who thrives on ownership, creativity, and structured execution?

We’re partnering with a well-established digital consumer business to find a Senior Brand Manager to join a large, experienced brand team and work closely with the Brand Lead.

This role offers the chance to take campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborate across product, legal, and agency teams, and have real impact in shaping the brand’s communications and presence.

• Own the development and execution of brand campaigns across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the broader brand strategy.
• Brief, manage, and collaborate with creative and media agencies, driving high-quality, performance-driven results.
• Work closely with product, legal, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across channels.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand strategy, helping shape processes and best practices for long-term growth.
• Take ownership of initiatives, with clear scope for influence and career progression.

• Experience in brand management, ideally in structured, multi-stakeholder organisations.
• Confident in agency management and briefing creative teams.
• Exposure to both brand and performance media, with an understanding of campaign measurement.
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns end-to-end with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in an established team environment but brings an entrepreneurial mindset to execution.
