Job DescriptionWe are looking for a commercially driven marketing project leader with deep agency experience — someone who combines strategic thinking, financial ownership and operational excellence within a creative environment.
This is a senior commercial leadership role within a dynamic, integrated marketing agency setting, with full responsibility for complex, international client programs.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do
You act as senior partner to your clients and take end‑to‑end ownership of integrated marketing programs — commercially, strategically and operationally.
- Strategic Marketing Partner:
- Translate brand and growth strategies into impactful, integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, digital, content and activation. You will oversee several projects with other project managers and report status to clients.
- Commercial Account Owner
- Own revenue, profitability, forecasting and scope management across your accounts. Lead fee negotiations and ensure sustainable growth.
- Integrated Program Lead
- Steer complex national and international marketing projects across creative, strategy, production and media — ensuring excellence in execution and measurable impact.
- Internal Operations Leader
- Align interdisciplinary agency teams, manage capacity and ensure smooth collaboration across all work streams. Optimise and update ways of working to improve the collaboration internally and externally with different stakeholders.
- Client Growth Driver
- Build trusted senior client relationships and proactively identify organic growth and new business opportunities.
- People & Performance Leader
- Guide and inspire cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Quality & Delivery Guardian
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and at the highest strategic and creative standard.
- Proven success delivering complex, commercially impactful projects — ideally within global marketing environments
- Strong financial and operational acumen across budgets, forecasts and multi‑market initiatives
- Confident navigating ambiguity, resolving complex challenges and reprioritizing in dynamic settings
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- 3+ years’ experience in program/project leadership within an agency or comparable marketing‑driven environment
- Deep understanding of integrated delivery models and scalable marketing frameworks
- International client exposure
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
