Your Playground:

As the first ever Digital Marketing Designer, you have exciting challenges ahead with many opportunities for growth. You will invigorate, drive and bring to life our marketing and business goals with your excellent digital design talent. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing as well as a team of marketing professionals to drive our business growth forward. Your tasks include:

• Design, develop and execute 360° creative campaigns as well as individual advertising media.
• Create designs and layouts for our sales enablement toolkits, newsletters, mailers, banners, digital signage, forms, keynote presentations, and web graphics.
• Produce and animate all motion graphics elements for marketing, sales, events and social media advertising.
• Conceptualize and execute website design ideas that bring simplicity and deliver increased engaged and user-friendliness
• Develop and design eye-catching infographics and visualizations for high-quality presentation material, digital campaigns and web graphics
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Quality assurance that design work consistently meets established Corporate Design standards

Requirements:

• University degree in Graphic, Digital and or Media Design or comparable professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience, gained from a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
• Excellent handling and proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Muse Lightroom, Dreamweaver), Sketch and project management tools.
• Animation and motion graphics skills (Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) are advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders, solid experience in solving problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital design trends, techniques, and technologies

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps.
• A highly motivated, well-structured way of working paired with a target-oriented, hands-on mentality.
• You have a high degree of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail with an excellent understanding of branding, layout, and digital media.
• You are resilient, conceptually strong and accustomed to working on several projects in parallel, carefully as well as confidently.
• You bring enthusiasm for digital storytelling and social content.
• You bring startup thinking and working skillsets.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
