As a Senior Recruiter, you will take on a strategic role in shaping our talent acquisition efforts, specifically within the realms of technology, design, and product as well as operational roles. Your mission will be to identify and attract top talent in these domains to contribute to the growth and success of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the unique staffing needs within the industry.
  • Proactively source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including industry-specific job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet their evolving needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
  • Provide insights into market trends and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to enhancing our employer brand and communities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record in recruiting for technology, product, and business operation roles.
  • Strong networking skills within the local tech community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
