You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes r main responsibility will be around recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process
, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
