As a Talent Acquisition Professional, the role focuses on identifying, engaging and activating suitable talent for our open positions – covering both tech and IT profiles as well as central functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other corporate functions.

The position involves developing target-group-specific search and sourcing strategies for different functions and talent markets, approaching candidates personally through suitable channels and building sustainable talent pipelines. Close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers and other HR interfaces is essential, with active contributions on candidate and talent markets. A positive candidate experience, reliable documentation in the recruiting system and the use of feedback and key recruiting metrics support the continuous improvement of outreach and sourcing activities.
** Your Responsibilities
*** Suitable candidates for tech and IT profiles as well as central functions are identified through Linked In, talent communities, active sourcing platforms, networks and other suitable channels.
* Target-group-specific search and sourcing strategies are developed and outreach is adapted to different roles, functions, seniority levels and talent groups.
* Potential candidates are approached personally, inspired to consider CTS EVENTIM and engaged in initial conversations about their motivation, availability, expectations and general fit.
* Talent pipelines are built for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, while relevant candidate relationships are developed over the long term.
* Close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers ensures alignment on role requirements and sourcing strategies, as well as the sharing of relevant insights into talent markets, candidate availability and feedback from direct outreach.
* Sourcing activities and candidate status are reliably documented in the recruiting system. Funnel and quality metrics, together with feedback, are used to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize sourcing activities.
* Employer branding and recruiting activities are supported through authentic insights into different target groups, talent markets and candidate needs.
** Your Professional Profile
*** Initial professional experience in active sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition, recruitment consultancy or a comparable sales- or customer-oriented role is required.
* Experience researching and identifying suitable candidates through digital platforms and social networks is expected, together with familiarity with common search logic and Boolean operators; knowledge of Linked In Recruiter is an advantage.
* An interest in different roles and talent markets – from tech and IT profiles to central functions – and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new functions and role requirements are important.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong sense for personal, target-group-specific and compelling candidate outreach.
* A basic understanding of structured recruiting and selection processes and candidate experience is expected, as well as a willingness to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
* A structured, diligent and data-driven working style is expected, including reliable maintenance of candidate and recruiting data and the use of relevant KPIs and feedback to continuously improve sourcing activities.
* Business-fluent German and very good English skills are required, along with the confidence to work in an international and dynamic environment.
