Full Stack Engineer

For our Software Engineering Team, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join us in our Hamburg office. You will take ownership of complex software projects from conception to delivery independently driving technical decisions while actively shaping the way our team works and communicates. • Independently lead and drive end-to-end development of modern, robust, and scalable web applications from requirements to production.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions and proactively identify technical improvements, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive the communication between our IT Operations, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product Management teams translating technical complexity into clear, actionable specifications.
• Mentor and support junior team members and actively contribute to improving team processes and engineering standards.
• Participate in the agile software development lifecycle, from specification and design over development and delivery to maintenance.

• Strong proficiency in Type Script, Node.js, and SQL; hands‑on experience with NestJS (backend) and Angular (frontend) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of API architectural styles (REST, GraphQL), communication protocols, and encoding.
• Dev Ops:
  Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Dynatrace, and CI/CD pipelines as part of modern Dev Ops workflows would be beneficial.
• AI Tooling:
  Familiarity with modern AI concepts and tools including AI Agents, Skills, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) and a practical mindset for integrating them into development workflows to boost productivity and product quality.
• Automated Testing:
  Experience with automated testing strategies across the stack unit tests (Jest, Vitest), end-to-end tests (Playwright, Cypress), and integration tests with an understanding of when and how to apply each effectively.
• A collaborative mindset: you give and receive feedback constructively and actively contribute to a healthy team culture.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
