Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, leading them from idea to production
- Design, test and implement circuits and embedded firmware
- Build, debug, and iterate on prototypes
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and certification partners
- Document, support production, and mentor junior engineers
- Actively contribute to shaping team processes and fostering a positive work culture

Skills & experience you will need
- Proven track record of delivering industrial electronic products from idea to production.
- Strong proficiency in embedded firmware development.
- Expertise in electric circuit design, PCB layout, and debugging hardware and firmware issues.
- Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes.
- Ability to drive product features autonomously end-to-end.
- First experience in leadership or mentoring roles.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Great to have
- Experience in CAD design and 3D modeling
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for testing or data analysis
- Knowledge of gas measurement devices, particularly for methane or hydrogen
- Hands-on experience with production processes and conducting EMC or other external certifications
