I'm Nils Hülsmann, Managing Director LEMAN Germany and I'm urgently looking for a Pricing Specialist (Air Freight) to join our team in Hamburg. 😊

Your impact
Your pricing work directly affects shipment wins, agent relationships, and the performance of our air freight business. You’ll be trusted to deliver fast, accurate quotes and to support smooth cooperation across teams and partners.

• Prepare 10–20+ air freight quotes per day for customers and agents
• Collaborate closely with operations from booking to carrier coordination and invoicing (import & export)
• Communicate daily with agents, customers, and LEMAN offices worldwide
• Keep an overview of pricing activity and contribute to improving routines and processes

This role is operational, fast-paced, and requires ownership.

You’ll be part of a 3 colleague team, experienced in air freight in Hamburg. The way we work is direct, supportive, and pragmatic. We communicate clearly, help each other when things get busy, and focus on finding solutions.

• Experience in air freight
• Comfortable working at pace and handling multiple requests
• Clear communicator and reliable team player
