To strengthen our dispatching team in Hamburg, we are looking for you – a committed dispatcher (m/f/d) – to reliably manage our transport operations and develop optimal solutions in collaboration with customers and drivers.

• Your experience:
  You have completed a specialist qualification and have already gained experience in a similar role – ideally in tank logistics.
• Your approach to work:
  You have a customer-focused mindset, work independently and analytically, and maintain a clear overview even in fast-paced situations.
• Your personality:
  You enjoy working as part of a team, are willing to pitch in and have a hands‑on approach.
• Your skills:
  Good computer skills (MS Office) and a good command of English are an advantage given our international focus.

• Dispatch & Coordination:
  You plan and manage our tanker and tank container transport operations and ensure our transport runs smoothly.
• Coordination of driving staff:
  You’ll be the point of contact for our drivers, coordinating assignments and providing support with day‑to‑day organisation.
• Customer service:
  You will communicate with our customers and, together with your team, ensure the reliable execution of transport orders.
• Documentation & invoicing:
  You’ll draw up transport documents and assist with preparing freight invoices.
